Effective October 25, 2026
MyTechTeam (mytechteam.ai) is operated by Mentuliv. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Effective October 25, 2026.
Account data: name, work email, company or workspace name, role, offices you add, and sign-in records (one-time codes, approximate IP, browser).
Billing data: Stripe handles card numbers. We store subscription status, plan, and related workspace flags—not your full card number.
Endpoint agent data, when you install our app on a computer: device name, operating system, last check-in time, basic health signals (such as disk space, update state, and whether common security or backup tools appear to be present), Wi-Fi name when the app can see it, and the result of actions you approved. We do not record keystrokes. We do not take pictures of the screen unless a future family or home tool is separately turned on and described to you first.
Trix questions and answers you send in the app, so we can reply with context from your workspace.
Optional connections you turn on (for example Microsoft 365) share only the access you grant. Read-only is the default.
To provide the Service: show device and workspace health, recommendations, approvals, and proof of what ran.
To power Trix and similar help, using your workspace facts and the question you asked.
To bill you, prevent abuse, fix problems, and meet the law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your office data to advertise other companies’ products to you.
Account and workspace data last for as long as the workspace is open, then for a limited period so we can close billing, answer a lawful request, or resolve a dispute.
Endpoint check-ins are kept while they are useful for health history (typically rolling months, not forever). Approval and audit logs are kept longer because they show who approved what.
When you ask us to delete a workspace, we delete or de-identify personal data we control, except records we must keep (for example invoices or a legal hold).
We use other companies to run the Service:
Supabase — database, authentication, and related hosting.
Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
AI providers (such as the model provider behind Trix) — to generate answers from the question and workspace facts we send. We do not grant them a right to use your office data to advertise.
Stripe — payment processing.
Email delivery for sign-in codes.
These companies process data only to provide their service to us, under their terms and ours.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, tenant separation in the database, and signed agent commands. No method is perfect. You still need your own backups and security decisions.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to correct it, or to delete your account and workspace data, by emailing us. Workspace owners can also remove members and disconnect integrations in the app.
If the law in your place gives you more rights (for example access, deletion, or appeal), we will honor those rights. You may contact us at the address below. If we decline a request the law lets us decline, we will say why.
We use cookies and similar storage that are needed to sign you in, keep you signed in, remember display preferences, and keep the Service reliable. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
The Service is for business workspaces, not for children under 16. Home or family features, if offered later, will have their own notice before extra tools turn on.
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version and, when the change is material, ask you to review it when you next sign in.
